Parcel orders will ship directly to your location.

Parcels are packed and shipped at the same day once orders received by noon WIB’s time zone on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays).

Parcels will ship in the following business day once orders received after noon WIB’s time zone and likewise ordered on weekend.

Delivery available on business days (excluding national holidays)

 Order Tracking

For delivery outside Jakarta’s territory, your order will be delivered by a third-party shipping provider: JNE Service. We will offer the number tracking service, which allows you to monitor your package as it makes its way to its final address.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation containing a tracking or delivery confirmation number. You can check the status of your shipment in the following ways:
